After registering, users will be sent a verification email. They will need to click the included link and verify their email before they can gain access to the site.
IMPORTANT! If the VILT is starting soon, the link can be provided, but provide the explanation that their certificate will be delayed for a time of up to two days. For more information and to access the links, refer to the Webinar/VILT Link SR. |
HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST? If an account is in Pending status, please have them check for the email. If they have not received it, verify that the account email is entered correctly before activating the user. |
