Please verify that they are registered both on the Royal Canin Academy Website, and for the specific webinar. 

If needed, you may share the direct Zoom link with them in the chat.  However, if they enter the Zoom event via our link, their certificate will not automatically be generated at the end of the event. Instead, it will be manually created within two days of completion.
