Accounts are automatically deleted after it's been inactive for 18 months. The users 'Personal Identifiable Information' (PII) is deleted, and learning data is removed. If they wish to regain access, they must sign up again at www.royalcanin.com/academy. However, if the user requests to have his/her active account be deleted, create a ticket and escalate to the market/country Key User.
Users receive a notification email informing them that their account has been deleted.
