Some external users/customers will be licensed in multiple states, and want this information included on their account profile and certificates.

Kindly inform them that there is space for only one license number and state on their profile. However, they are not required to have this information on their accounts. They can print their certificates and write in the license number and state as needed. Per the American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAAVSB), only the name has to be printed on the certificate.

Users are able to update the license number and state on their own accounts, or we can take care of this for them.

Previously earned certificates will not update with the new information if it is changed.
