When a user is an MVH Associate (refer to User Account Not Found In RCA | MVH Associates for more information), they may register for an RCA account separately to take trainings. If they set up their account with their work email address, this will cause conflict in Cornerstone when they attempt to log in.

We are able to update the account email address to a personal email address. The Username and User ID also need to be edited to match the email address.
