Unsubscribe requests will need to be clarified, as there is more than one mailing list related to Royal Canin. Some users may be signed up for the customer mailing list, which we cannot assist with.
Requests to unsubscribe from the training-related mailing list will need to be escalated. Let the user know they will still receive emails related to events they sign up for.

We will need to open a ticket to have the administrators remove you from the Royal Canin Academy promotional emails mailing list.
Please note that if you sign up for a Royal Canin Academy webinar, you will still receive event notifications for that specific event, but you should no longer receive promotional emails.
