Specialist Notes:


Cornerstone (CSOD) is utilized by several Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) Business Units (BU), including:

  • Mars Centre of Veterinary Excellence (MCVE)
  • Banfield
  • BluePearl
  • VCA
  • Anicura
  • Linnaeus 

Each MVH BU has its own instance of the learning center, and Associates are registered with their respective BU instance. We are unable to access these accounts, so they will not come up as user search results.


WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?

  • MVH (Mars Veterinary Health) Associates can be identified by the domain name in their email addresses (e.g., @banfield, @bluepearl, @VCA, @anicura, @linnaeus).

  • MVH Associates can only belong to one instance per work email address.


HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?


  • Direct MVH Associates to register using a personal email address at www.royalcanin.com/academy and ask them to click Sign Up.

  • On the Self-Registration page, they should list their MVH Business Unit in the Business Name field.
