When a user registers for an account at Royal Canin Academy, there is a delay in updating the system itself.
The agenda/calendar listing webinars and live events updates every six hours. It may take several hours for this information to appear for newly created accounts, depending on when the user registers.
HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST? Users who register for a webinar on the same day can be given the direct link (link can be found in the Webinar/VILT Link SR ). Otherwise, please advise them to allow up to 6 hours for the webinar to appear on their calendar. |
