We may see some users in chat having issues finding the Zoom link for webinars. If needed, you may share the direct link with them in the chat.  

Please verify that they are registered both on the Royal Canin Academy Website, and for the specific webinar.  We also need to be sure to tell them to log in for the webinar with the same email address their RCA account is registered with.

However, if they enter the Zoom event via our link, their certificate will not automatically be generated at the end of the event. Instead, it will be manually created within two days of completion.
