Zoom is integrated into Royal Canin Academy. If a user is having trouble joining/accessing a session, we can provide the link to access Zoom outside of RCA - see Webinar/VILT Link SR.
If the user needs help registering or accessing the webinar in RCA, use this SR as applicable.
French Canadian SR Translation Les directives suivantes vous aideront à accéder à votre séance de webinaire ou de formation virtuelle avec instructeur (VILT) : 1. Dans la section « Calendrier », recherchez le webinaire auquel vous souhaitez vous inscrire. 2. Cliquez sur « Demande ». Vous serez automatiquement inscrit(e) au webinaire et recevrez un courriel de confirmation avec une invitation au moyen du calendrier. 3. Lorsque vous souhaitez vous joindre au webinaire, cliquez sur le bouton « Participer » dans le courriel de rappel ou sur le lien du webinaire dans l’invitation du calendrier. Si vous oubliez de vérifier votre courriel de rappel, vous pouvez également « lancer » le webinaire à partir du calendrier des webinaires et des événements de l’Académie Royal Canin. 4. Vous serez alors invité(e) à saisir votre nom et votre adresse électronique. |

The following instructions will assist you with accessing your webinar/VILT session:
1. In the Calendar section, find the webinar/s you'd like to register for.
2. Click on 'Request'. This will automatically register you for the webinar and you will receive a confirmation email with a calendar invitation
3. When you want to join the webinar, click on the 'Join' button in the reminder email or the webinar link in the calendar invite. If you forget to check for your reminder email, you can also 'Launch' the webinar from within the Royal Canin Academy's Webinars & Events Calendar.
4. You will then be prompted to enter your name and email address.
