HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST? Encourage users to sign up for an RCA account and register there for the sessions (there will be the usual delay in certificates for those who did not register in advance). However, this is a unique event, and Royal Canin wants as many attendees as possible, so they will be allowing attendance by users who don't have RCA accounts.
