We do not offer support by phone for French Canadian users – even if they speak English.
Due to a Canadian law that requires that every service offered in English is also offered in French Canadian, Royal Canin has decided not to offer phone support for either English or French Canadian since we do not have a fluent French Canadian speaker.
There is no form to submit a request for a phone call on either portal.
