We may see users who are having trouble locating specific trainings. This is sometimes caused by incorrect details in the user's profile, as trainings are sometimes specific to a region.

HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST? Go to the user's profile. Click the Edit Record button in the lower right corner.  Locate the section ‘Organization Structure’. Verify the Business Unit is Royal Canin - All users are Royal Canin.  Verify the Location listed under Organization Structure. This will match the Country listed in the Contact section of their profile. Verify the Job Title. If this is incorrect, clear by clicking X and then use the selection search feature to select the correct job title. There are 40 options to choose from. Verify Location & Pillarthe  - This will be a combination of information, based on user's location and then their job title. If needed, clear by clicking on X and use the selection search feature to access available options, sorted by country. Then select from the options listed below. Internal - INT  Internal veterinarian - INT/VETERINARIAN  Professional - PRO  Pet retail - PSR  Veterinarian - VET  Veterinary nurse - VET/INT_Nurse  Click Save to apply the changes. Have them reload the site and try to locate the training once more.
