Kindly explain that certificates are generated when the learning object is completed, and do not automatically update based on future updates to the learner profile such as License Number, License State, name changes, etc.

We can escalate requests to have admin generate new certificates. Verify that the profile information is completed, get the name of the training, and create a ticket.
