Be aware that we will not be room scooching these users. French Canadian support is the only one with its own room – kindly keep in mind that not all French users will be French Canadian.

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW? The link for EUS is active on the self-registration page for all languages. We may see some users who need assistance in languages we have not yet officially rolled out support for. Use the canned response to inform them that we’re leveraging translation software and support them with any issues as best you can. These links are only on the self-registration page, not on any site pages once they log in, so if we get users in these other languages, it is likely they will only need help with creating an account. |
